Jennifer Titus of WTSP-TV talks with Megan Taylor, Director of Placement and Care Coordination for Family Support Services about how this helps case workers.

It certainly frees up their time so they can focus on other, you know, case management critical tasks,” Taylor said. “They’re focused on learning their family and arranging visitation and assessing conditions for return. And, you know, dozens of other things that are unique to case management. And if we can take this task on, and they don’t have to spend the time kind of sorting through ambiguous information or, you know, figuring out what a family needs and how to get them there, then they can focus on those other things.”

This saves time, improves outcomes and puts children first.
